Which of these fields as the best?
I look forward to attending one of these camps in the summer of 2011, so during the few months I to decide where I want to at least reduce it to two of them among the three I have chosen. – YAC (Young Actors Camp)-SOCAP (School of Cinema and Performing Arts) – NYFA (New York Film Academy) If any of you have attended one of these fields, and could tell me about your experience that would be great. And please put why you should choose this field.
I went to a summer theater program in the suburbs of Chicago and was absolutely life changing experience. I learned a lot. Thanks at Northwestern University, and the program is called INSS (National School). He was also known as "cherubs". It is a very highly respected and established a great old as America Fererra and David Schwimmer. They have core classes that everyone, including the action, and voice and movement. There are also options you choose improvisation hearing and Shakespeare. So you work in a show that performed at the end of 5 weeks there. It's very intense and works daily 8-10. Worth every minute. Check their website at http://www.northwestern.edu/nhsi/theatre_arts/index.html I suppose this is to add to your list rather than limiting, but it is a Lo recomiendo. If you are serious about acting, and I guess coming from the areas listed above, you will not be disappointed with this program. Outside the set, I havent seen any of them, but I prefer to look SOCAP.
