Problems running Aero?
Hi.I am having problems running Aero vista.Whenever i let the PC crashes minutes after distorted lines on the screen. When I launch the performance test im getting a score above 5 and Aero is enabled automatically. Aero do not really care but do not understand why it will not work. I have a 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8500GT graphics card CPU Q6600 and 2 * 2 GB RAM Kingston PC26400 so simply makes no sense. I would appreciate any feedback.thanks to reinstall the graphics drivers and its ok now. Ignore above.its not ok! , Displays a blue screen of death now, when you try to run Aero
Aero causes many conflicts, because it is a resource hog. I've seen systems with 4 GB of RAM freeze well, but in these cases the compensation of some things MSCONFIG helped ease the tension. So the first thing is to have lots of RAM and if it does, and it freezes again, then check MSCONFIG and see what can be cleared to run.
